We know that there are many barriers to escaping violence and lack of gas money doesn’t need to be one. The Alliance can provide transportation to Grants Pass to go to court to get a restraining order, can take a survivor to the doctor or hospital or may be able to pick up a survivor and bring them to our office for services. We can also help a victim while fleeing to another state or town by providing a greyhound bus ticket. We have a limited supply of gas cards available to give out on an as needed emergency basis.
