Garden Clean -up Day
The staff and friends of the Safe House Alliance spent Saturday morning cleaning up the Community Garden. The weeds were high in and out of the beds and needed to be pulled. We accomplished a tremendous amount in the few hours we were there thanks to having lots of hands willing to do the work. There is much to be done still, but our efforts paid off and now when you drive past the garden, you can see how lovely and productive it is. So come on down to the community garden.

I am the mother of three supermen who have been the joy of my life. I have four happy and wonderful grand-babies. I try to keep myself healthy by singing, playing the piano, sewing, and spending time with my family and my close friends sharing a meal. Having a sense of humor is part of what keeps us sane in our office. I love to try new things, the latest is learning to ride my new motorcycle.
